Required Documents - Post-baccalaureate Certificate in Autism Studies

Required Application Materials

  1. Completed application
  2. Personal Statement/Letter of Intent - A 1-2 page statement summarizing why you wish to pursue this degree and what you hope to gain from your education
  3. Official Transcripts - Required from all schools attended, even if you only earned credit for one course
  4. Recommendation for Admission (2) - Should be from a supervisor or other professional reference. Required only if GPA below 2.5; contact Program Manager for details.
  5. Resume - Required only if GPA below 2.5
  6. GPA Explanation - This should be a 300-500 word explanation of why your GPA was lower than 2.5 and how you've since learned to be successful in school. Required only if GPA below 2.5

International Students
For students who obtained prior degrees outside of the United States, the following items are also required:

  1. Transcript evaluation from a NACES member agency
  2. TOEFL test scores
