Saint Joseph's University

Andy Cook, MS, ACC

Andy is an organizational development consultant and executive coach, focusing on leadership, professional and group development, and has been a member of the MODL adjunct faculty since 2012.  He has worked in the financial services, healthcare and manufacturing sectors, and is a board member of the Eastern PA Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).  He is an International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialed coach, and did his training with CRR Global and their Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) program, and a member of ICF (National and Philadelphia chapters).

For Andy, nothing is greater than helping students get to those "a-ha!" moments when learning happens, and things move from the conceptual into real-world application. He truly enjoys facilitating those opportunities for his students through sharing his experience, and learning not just with his students, but also from them.

He earned his Master’s of Science in Organizational Development & Leadership from St. Joseph’s University, and a BS in Marketing and a BA in Journalism from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a self-described lifelong learner, currently pursuing his Doctor of Education in Education, Leadership and Management at Drexel University, with a concentration in Creativity and Innovation, with a planned completion in 2018.
