Robert Johnson offers more than 35 years of legal experience, combining success in first-chair litigation responsibility for multimillion-dollar cases, contract negotiations, risk management consultation, legislative testimony and lobbying efforts, client strategy.  Excels at energy, telecommunications litigation and health care litigation, estate planning, and corporate legal operations.  Confidently instructs graduate and college-level health care and business law courses, publishes two newsletters, and drafts numerous articles for publication.  Displays a proven background in grassroots advocacy and corporate risk management, having consulted with and provided counsel for corporate clients, consumer advocacy groups, and Congressional decision makers.
