Michelle Crumlich, B.S Information Technology, MBA

Michelle currently serves as the Director of Product Management at Geneia for the Theon analytical platform. She works to implement industry needs and trends into the platform in order to provide a better and more informational experience for the users of the tools.

Preceding her move to Geneia, Michelle was employed at Capital BlueCross in the Health Services unit, working on various provider-related projects. She then accepted a position where she worked as a Senior Analyst and then Lead Analyst before transitioning to the HPI unit as the Manager of Provider Relations and Value-Based Engagement. In both the A&R and HPI units, Michelle’s area of concentration was on physician performance analytics.

Prior to joining Capital, Michelle spent 18 years in the healthcare industry covering various clinical roles including Medical Assistant, Medical Technician and Laboratory Manager. Looking for additional opportunities within the healthcare industry, she obtained a B.S. from Central Pennsylvania College in Information Technology and then went on to complete her MBA from Eastern University. In addition to her employment at Geneia, Michelle also serves as an adjunct instructor at both St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania.
