Professor
Richard Herschel is a Professor in the Department of Decision & System Sciences at Saint Joseph’s University. Before becoming an educator, Dr. Herschel worked at Maryland National Bank, Schering-Plough Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, and Columbia Pictures as a systems analyst. Dr. Herschel has researched and written extensively about knowledge management and business intelligence. He is the founding Editor of the International Journal of Business Intelligence Research and he served as the Educational Channel Expert for b-eye-network.com.
