Clarice Bailey, Ph.D.

Clarice Bailey brings over 30 years experience in instructional design, training and facilitation and, organization development to her current position as Chief Learning Officer, Mental Health Partnerships, Philadelphia, PA. Clarice holds a doctorate in Public Administration and Policy from Portland State University, Portland, Oregon. She has spent the better part of her career working to change how public systems interact with and on youth and young adults. She teaches Organizational Culture and Change in the Masters of Organizational Development and Leadership at Saint Joseph's University. Clarice is also the co-founder of the Girls Justice League, a nonprofit girl’s activist and advocacy organization in Philadelphia.
