Robert Johnson

Robert holds an AS in Journalism from Vincennes University, a BA in Journalism from Indiana University, and a JD from Indiana University. Robert has practiced law since 1983 as well as pursuing interests as a consumer advocate, and journalist. Additionally, Robert has taught courses at the undergraduate and graduate level for a number of institutions including Business Law, Medical Law and Ethics, Business Ethics, and others. Robert has testified before the U.S. Congress regarding utility market structure and reliability and appeared on CNBC C-SPAN and other local television shows to discuss similar issues. He is a member of multiple organizations such as the Federal Energy and Federal Communications Bar Associations, and is the recipient of a number of distinguished honors and awards.

Robert joins the Department of Health Services as an Adjunct Instructor in the Graduate Online Health Administration Program, teaching a course in Healthcare Law.
